The constitution of the company infers that the main purpose is the processing of customer orders. Secondary purposes are staff and supplier administration, and the servicing of sales agents and potential buyers. The collection, processing or utilisation of data is carried out in pursuance of the above-mentioned purposes.

Customers, employees, suppliers, prospective buyers, job applicants, sales agents

Data pertaining to customers, staff, suppliers, job applicants, sales agents, prospective buyers, interested parties, and data required to fulfil the purposes stated under 4.

Public agencies upon presentation of overriding legal requirements, outside contractors in accordance with § 11 BDSG and also external agencies and departments of companies listed under 1 as required to fulfil the purposes stated under 4.

7.0. Standard periods for deleting data:
Legislature has decreed various duties to preserve records and storage periods. After these time limits have expired the relevant data is routinely deleted. Where data is not subject to this, it is deleted if the purposes stated under 4 no longer apply.

8.0. Planned data communication to third countries (outside EU/EEA):
There is currently no data communication to third countries.
